Safe Mode Security Upgrades

Dear Players,

We've completely revamped Safe Mode's security features to better protect your account. Key updates are as follows:

Better Detection

● The Ban Pan 3.0 upgrade brings faster detection speeds, and accounts will be kicked offline at the first suspicious login attempt to prevent account losses.

● Higher risk accounts will remain in Safe Mode for 21 days instead of 7 days to give players more time to respond to account security alerts.

Lifting Safe Mode Restrictions

● When your account is in Safe Mode, you can follow the prompts with your regular device to remove the restrictions.

● If you want to log in on a non-regular device without triggering Safe Mode while keeping your account safe, you can use the Authorized Login feature. Instructions are as follows:

1. Log in to the game on a regular device, then go to Settings - Account - Scan Authorization - QR Code Recognition to authorize another device.

2. On your second device, tap More - QR Code to generate a QR code. Once authorized, you will be logged out of your account on your original device.
