This Arena Breakout Season 7 will be updated on December 19. And for this new season, we've gathered and introduced some frequently asked questions.
Question 1: How long will the servers be closed for the December 19 update?
Answer 1: The matchmaking feature will be suspended on December 18 at 11:00 PM (UTC+0), and the server will also be closed from midnight to 10:00 AM (UTC+0) on December 19. Please note that server restart times may differ from your plans. The actual time will be announced through official announcements.
Question 2: If I proceed with this update, will I also need to change the installation package?
Answer 2: Yes. You should follow the guidance messages from existing clients or install the latest version from the app store in your area.
Question 3: What rewards do I get for completing the S7 update?
Answer 3: After the new season login gift event starts, complete the update and log in from December 19 to December 22 (UTC+0) to receive 60 coins on the event page. From December 19th ~ 22nd (UTC+0), you can obtain universal keys on the event page. The universal key is an item that can open all rooms (except rooms that require cards).
Question 4: Will both iOS and Android servers reopen simultaneously?
Answer 4: Yes.
Question 5: I finished downloading, but the installer is not compatible with my device/CPU. What is the reason?
Answer 5: Some models with relatively low performance may not be compatible with test servers. For example: Android devices running Android 5.1 or lower, OpenGL below 3.1, RAM under 2GB, or 32-bit CPU devices are not compatible. Additionally, devices like the Redmi Note 4, Samsung Galaxy J7+, and Huawei M3 are not compatible. Question 6: I completed an update, but the game lags and the device overheats. How can we ensure smooth execution?
Answer 6:
1. Finish all background processes, restart the game, and restart your phone.
2. Check if your device's battery is sufficient and whether it has activated power saving mode. For some devices, low battery power or charging may cause lag or frame degradation.
3. Check if the signal is good or try changing your network provider.
4. Lower the graphics quality or frame rate appropriately.
We have applied the latest differential update feature. When installing a new version on an older Android version, the system automatically detects the minimum download size and downloads it.
Question 7: How big is this update? How much space should you allocate for your device?
Answer 7:
1. Android (Standard): The installer size is 1.02GB. The initial download is about 818MB, and an additional 2,852GB is required to enjoy the full game content. We recommend securing at least 4GB of free space.
2. iOS: The installer size is 2.7GB. An additional 2,625GB is required to enjoy the full game content. We recommend securing at least 6GB of free space.
3. Android (Light): The installer file size is 644 MB. The initial download is about 882MB, and an additional 1,318GB is needed to enjoy the full game content. We recommend securing at least 4GB of free space.
