Follow the prompts from the old client or visit your local app store to install the latest version. Q3: Will iOS and Android be released simultaneously? A3: Yes. Q4: Where can I find my member trial card/safety container trial card? A4: Reinforced security containers have become available for free on a continuous basis. Currently, we are reviewing our entire safety container system, and simply purchasing a secure container allows you to enjoy benefits for both the safe container and the membership. How can I play without any issues? A6: 1. Please try measures such as closing all processes running in the background, restarting the game, or restarting your phone. 2. Some devices experience lag or reduced frame rates during power-saving mode or charging. 3. Check the network communication status or change the network operator. 4. Lower image quality and frame rate. Q7: How can I tell if the problem is caused by my phone's performance or network latency? A7: (1) During a raid, the degree of network latency at that point is displayed at the bottom right corner of the screen. "ms" indicates the degree of lag, while packet loss indicates network transmission efficiency. If both of these indicators are yellow or red, it means there is some network lag. If those are green, it's not a problem. (2) Some mobile phones allow you to turn on FPS display at the bottom of "Settings" – "Screen Settings." By using this, you can check your frame rate yourself at that moment. If the FPS display is yellow or red, it means your phone is lacking in performance. If green, there is no performance issue.
