As we strive to provide a more stable and higher-quality gaming experience in Vietnam, Arena Breakout will be officially changing our service provider to VNGGames. The migration will officially begin on Jul. 16, 2026 (UTC+0).
1. Server Downtime and Maintenance Schedule
The server will be down for maintenance during the migration. The exact downtime, maintenance duration, and actual server opening time may be advanced or delayed depending on progress. Please refer to the latest notices published on the Arena Breakout official website and official announcements.
2. Data Migration and Email Binding
This migration involves the synchronous transfer of account data and game data. To ensure your game data (including but not limited to character information, equipment, storage, mission progress, account records, etc.) is safely and completely synchronized during the migration, please be sure to bind your email before the migration is completed.
Special Note: If your account is not bound to an email, you may encounter issues such as being unable to verify or recover your account, or even experience data loss during the data migration or new client switch. In severe cases, this may result in the permanent loss of related game data.
To secure your account and data, we strongly recommend that guest account users, iOS users, and other players who have not yet bound an email do so as soon as possible, and safely store your account login information.
3. How to Bind Your Email
Enter the game lobby → Tap the Events tab on the right → Tap the Limited-Time tab in the top-left corner → Select Account Link Gift → Bind a LEVEL INFINITE PASS email account.
Upon successful binding, you will be rewarded with 50,000 Koen and a Battle Pass Weapon Choice Bundle.
4. Account Recovery
If you fail to bind your email in time and lose your account in the new version, please contact our in-game customer service as soon as possible to recover it.
5. Server Downtime Compensation
We will compensate all players on the VNG version for the server downtime caused by the migration.
The compensation will be issued uniformly via a server-wide mail. After the migration is completed and the server officially opens, please claim it promptly from your in-game mail.
Compensation Details
Base Compensation: Players will receive 80,000 Koen for each full day of server maintenance. Any maintenance period of less than one day will be rounded up and compensated as one full day.
Players with an active Case entitlement during the maintenance period will additionally receive Case Trial Cards equivalent to the number of maintenance days.
Compensation will be distributed via in-game mail after the maintenance is completed and the server officially reopens. Please check your in-game mail to claim your rewards.
