Season 11 Reset Content
☆ Ranks
Ranks will be reset and inherited at the end of Season 11 as follows:
S11 Rank → S12 New Rank
Legend → Master 5
Ace 1 → Expert 1
Master 1 → Elite 1
Expert 1 → Vanguard 1
Elite 1 → Rookie 3
Vanguard 1 → Rookie 3
Rookie 1 → Rookie 3
☆ Battle Pass
The S11 Battle Pass will be reset at the end of the season, and all items obtained from the Season 11 Battle Pass will be retained, including expansion boxes, outfits, avatar frames, etc.
Notes: Season points accumulated in Season 11 cannot be used for Season 12 Battle Passes. We recommend that players use them up before Season 11 ends. Any points that remain unused at the end of Season 11 will be lost. Once Season 12 begins, players can purchase and use new Battle Passes.
Optimized the wipe rule for Season Supplies: At the end of the season, only the Season Supplies themselves will be wiped. For combined items containing season supplies, after the season supplies are wiped, the remaining regular items will be moved to temporary storage. These items must be claimed within a certain time or they will be wiped as well. Access to this temporary storage will disappear once all items have been claimed.
Season 11 Inherited Content
Ranks, Battle Pass, and Faction Supplies are the only things reset at the end of Season 11. Players' character level, Koen, bonds, elite privileges, cases, market orders, unexpired mail items, storage supplies, friends, etc., will all be carried forward into Season 12.
Q1: Will I need to re-purchase the Advanced or Premium Battle Pass that I bought during Season 11?
A1: Yes. Advanced and Premium Battle Passes purchased in Season 11 can only be used during that season. Once Season 12 begins, you can purchase new passes from the S12 Battle Pass screen.
Q2: Can I keep the supplies I've obtained from my Season 11 Battle Pass?
A2: Yes. Obtained expansion boxes, outfits, avatar frames, etc., will all be retained for you to use in Season 12.
Q3: I obtained supplies from my Battle Pass, but I haven't claimed or put them in Storage yet. Will I get to keep them?
A3: No. Make sure you claim any obtained supplies before they are removed.
