Q1: How long will the server be offline for the update on Nov. 02?
A1: Matchmaking will stop on Nov. 01 at 23:00 (UTC+0), and the server is scheduled to be offline for the update on Nov. 02 from 00:00 until 10:00 (UTC+0). Server re-opening may be earlier or later than planned, and the actual time will be broadcast via official announcements.

Q2: Will I need to download new installation files for this update?
A2: Yes. Please follow the prompt on the old client, or visit the app store in your region to install the new version.

Q3: Why does it indicate installation failure or that the update is incompatible with my device/CPU after the download is complete?
A3: Some older device models are currently incompatible and cannot run the game (e.g., devices running Android 7 and below, OpenGL versions lower than 3.1, 2 GB or less of available RAM, or 32-bit CPUs. Examples include the Redmi Note 4, Samsung Galaxy J7+, and Huawei M3). Try switching devices, or go to the official website https://arenabreakout.com/ for more information on supported models.

Q4: After completing the update, the game lags and my device overheats. How can I make it run smoother?
A4:
(1) Please close all background apps, and restart the game or your device.
(2) Check whether your device has sufficient battery and whether low-power mode is turned on. Some devices can experience lags or reduced frame rates when they have low batteries or while they are being charged.
(3) Check that your signal is good, or try switching network operators.
(4) Reduce graphics quality or frame rate.
