1. Event Rules a) Event Format: The event lasts for four weeks. Each week, the official organizers will publish a video creation theme on VK (https://vk.com/wall-224970942_5634), for a total of four themes. Participants must publish a video on the given theme on YouTube or TikTok within the week using the specified hashtag and submit the link to their work via Google Form. Rewards will be awarded based on the total number of views of the submitted works. b) Dates: From September 6 to October 4 c) Platforms: YouTube, TikTok. d) Participation Requirements: The number of subscribers on YouTube or TikTok must be at least 500. e) Content Type: Long-form video or Shorts (including TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts), content must be in Russian. f) Hashtag: General tags: #ArenaBreakout #ABYearOne. Task tags: Specific tags are provided for each task theme, see the announcements for each task. *Both tags are mandatory and must be correctly specified in the title or description of the videos. g) Submission Method: Participants must submit their works via the official Google Form: https://forms.gle/UjHsLMF2a6naY2cL9 2. Counting Rules a) The video length must be at least 5 minutes, Shorts – at least 10 seconds, otherwise they are considered invalid. b) The main content of the video must correspond to the theme set by the organizers and contain the correct hashtags in the title/description, otherwise the works are considered invalid. c) Videos must be published during the event period; previously published works are not counted. d) Be sure to submit your work via Google Form during the event period. Works not submitted via the form or sent after the end of the event are not counted. e) Within two weeks after the end of the event, the organizers will summarize the results; video views will be calculated based on platform metrics on the day of calculation. f) The same video can be published on different platforms, but it cannot be re-uploaded to the submission form; if such actions are detected, the work will be considered invalid. g) The same participant cannot receive a reward twice. If a participant meets the requirements for long-form videos and Shorts and receives rewards in both categories, only the higher reward will be paid. h) It is forbidden to use other people's videos, inflate views, and commit other violations; if such actions are detected, the participant will be disqualified. i) The content of the work must be related to the game Arena Breakout, it is forbidden to use verbal or written mention of sensitive or undesirable content in the videos, otherwise the work will be considered invalid. 3. Reward Calculation Rules After the event ends, the organizers will count the views of all works submitted via the link and award rewards in the form of in-game currency or cash depending on the total number of views. Cash rewards will be distributed in descending order of the total number of views. In case of an equal number of views, priority will be given to authors with a larger number of submitted works. Rewards will be paid one per category (long/short videos). Other rewards will be issued in the form of equivalent game coupons. Reward Distribution Rules: All rewards will be issued within a month after the view count is completed. a) Cash Rewards: The cash prize will be sent to the winner's account via transfer, and we will contact the winner through the official community to provide personal information. Please do not provide information to unofficial staff easily and pay attention to identification. b) In-game Currency: We will send it to your mailbox in the form of an item activation code.
