Server Transfer Application for Latin American Server

Players who created accounts on the Lain American Server before October 28, 2023, 00:00 (UTC-6) can go to [Main Menu] → [Settings] →[Customer Service] to apply for a server transfer. 

Our Customer Service will review the application and perform the transfer for eligible players. 
The transferrable contents include [Game character and some of their possessions]. Please see below for details:

Tranferrable contents:
1. Gold
2. Character Level
3. Permanent Items in the Vault
4. Weapon Level

Non-transferrable contents:
1. Strike Pass Unlockable Access
2. Strike Pass and Event Progress
3. Rep
4. Ranked Mode Progress
5. Ace Shooter Points
6. Titles
7. Personal Information
8. Character Nicknames
9. Friends List

*Server transfer is only available for players on the Latin American Server
