Dear Players,
To further ensure the security of players' accounts and prevent account theft, we have launched a login environment verification feature. It is currently being gradually rolled out for testing. If this feature is not yet available in your region, please stay tuned.
The key points of the update are as follows:
Account Security Notifications
- If a new login method is linked to your account, or your account is logged in on a new device, you will receive a risk alert. Please confirm whether the activity was performed by you. If not, take measures to enhance account security, such as enabling two-factor authentication or changing your login password.
Longer Link Revocation Period
- Within 7 days of linking a new login method, you can use a regularly used device to revoke it.
- The newly linked login method cannot be used to unlink or relink other login methods within the revocation period.
Non-Regular Device Restriction
- Non-regular devices or accounts in an unsecure environment cannot be used to unlink or relink other login methods.
Manage Authorized Devices
- You can manage the secure devices logged in to your account, revoke device authorizations, or authorize new devices.
Q: Why did I receive an account risk notification?
A: If you received this notification, it means your account may be at risk. Please ensure that your account is secure.
Q: What should I do if I receive this notification, and how can I resolve it?
A: Remove the notification or view details using the following methods:
- Tap the "Your account may be at risk" notification at the bottom of the Main Lobby and tap "Resolve".
- Tap "Resolve" in the notification pop-up.
- Go to Settings - Account Security Settings and tap "Go".
You can learn more about your account's situation on this page. It is recommended to keep your account secure moving forward.
Q: What should I do if someone else linked to my account?
A: Go to Lobby - Settings - Account Security Settings to quickly unlink your account. If you discover a linked account that you do not recognize, tap Unlink to remove it. If you are still unable to remove the account, go to Lobby - the ^ icon in the bottom-right corner - Customer Service - Unlink Account and follow the instructions on the page. The linked account will be removed after the system review is complete.
Q: What should I do if I'm the account owner, but am unable to make any account security changes?
A: Please pay attention to the error message you receive when trying to make changes.
If the message says that you are not using a regular device, we recommend logging in and remaining active on the device for at least 15 days before trying again.
If the message says that the device you are using is not authorized, we recommend using a trusted device to authorize it.
If the message says that your account may be at risk, please be sure not to share your account information with anyone.
