Arena Breakout Season 7 will be updated on December 19th. To celebrate the new season, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions.
Question 1: How long will the server downtime be for the December 19th update?
Answer 1: Matchmaking will be disabled on December 18th at 11:00 PM (UTC+0), and the servers will be offline from midnight to 10:00 AM (UTC+0) on December 19th. Please note that server restart times are subject to change. We will provide updates via official announcements.
Question 2: Do I need to download a new installation package for this update?
Answer 2: Yes. Please follow the instructions in your existing client or download the latest version from your local App Store.
Question 3: What rewards can I get after completing the S7 update?
Answer 3: After the new season login gift event begins, players who complete the update and log in between December 19th and December 22nd (UTC+0) will receive 60 Coins from the event page. You can also obtain a Universal Key from the event page between December 19th and 22nd (UTC+0). The Universal Key can open any door (excluding rooms that require a specific key card).
Question 4: Will the iOS and Android servers reopen at the same time?
Answer 4: Yes.
Question 5: I finished the download, but the installer says it is incompatible with my device/CPU. Why?
Answer 5: Some devices with lower performance may not be compatible with the test server. For example: Android 5.1 or lower, OpenGL below 3.1, RAM 2GB or less, and 32-bit CPU devices are not supported. Additionally, devices such as the Redmi Note 4, Samsung Galaxy J7+, and Huawei M3 are not supported. Question 6: I updated the game, but it is lagging and my device is overheating. How can I run it smoothly?
Answer 6:
1. Close all background processes, restart the game, and restart your phone.
2. Ensure your battery is sufficiently charged and that power-saving mode is not enabled. On some devices, low battery or charging while playing can cause lag or frame drops.
3. Check your signal strength or try switching network providers.
4. Lower your graphics settings or frame rate appropriately.
We have implemented the latest differential update feature. When installing the new version over an older Android version, the system will automatically detect and download the minimum required size.
Question 7: How large is this update? How much storage space should I clear?
Answer 7:
1. Android (Standard): The installer size is 1.02GB. The initial download is approximately 818MB, and an additional 2.852GB is required to enjoy the full game content. We recommend clearing at least 4GB of free space.
2. iOS: The installer size is 2.7GB. An additional 2.625GB is required to enjoy the full game content. We recommend clearing at least 6GB of free space.
3. Android (Lite): The installer size is 644MB. The initial download is approximately 882MB, and an additional 1.318GB is required to enjoy the full game content. We recommend clearing at least 4GB of free space.
