Hello Operators, The Arena Breakout Season 5 update will be released on July 25th. We have prepared some frequently asked questions to ensure your transition is smooth. Question 1: How long will the server be down for the update? Answer 1: Matchmaking will be disabled at 23:00 on July 23rd (UTC+0). The server is expected to be down on July 25th, from 00:00 to 10:00 (UTC+0). We will provide real-time updates via official social media channels. Question 2: Do I need to change the installation package for this update? Answer 2: Yes. Please follow the prompts in the old client, or visit your regional app store to install the latest version. Question 3: What rewards will I receive for completing the S5 update? Answer 3: Complete the update between July 25th and July 28th and log in to receive 60 coins. From July 25th to 28th, you can claim a Universal Key from the Events page. This key can open any room (except rooms requiring a keycard). Question 4: Will iOS and Android servers reopen at the same time? Answer 4: Yes. Question 5: After downloading, why do I get a notification that the installer is incompatible with my device/CPU? Answer 5: Some lower-performance devices are incompatible with the game. Examples include: Android 5.1 or lower; OpenGL below 3.1; 2 GB of RAM or less; devices with 32-bit CPUs. The following devices are also incompatible: Redmi Note 4, Samsung Galaxy J7+, and Huawei M3. Question 6: After updating, the game is lagging and my device is overheating. What should I do to make the game run better? Answer 6: 1. Try closing all background apps, restarting the game, and restarting your mobile phone. 2. Check if your device has enough battery and if low power mode is enabled. Some devices may experience lag or frame rate drops when the battery is low or while charging. 3. Check if your signal is strong or try switching network providers. 4. Lower the graphics quality or frame rate. Question 7: How large is this update? How much space should I clear on my device? Answer 7: 1. Android (Standard): The installer is 971 MB. Players can also choose to download the HD resource pack if they wish, via the Download Center in Settings. Different resource packs include: Standard Resource Pack (default), 758 MB: Smooth graphics quality; uses less storage space. HD Resource Pack, 1.6 GB: Higher resolution graphics; recommended if you have enough storage. In-game map resources are about 2 GB. To download all resources, we recommend leaving at least 10 GB of free space. 2. iOS: The installer is 2.68 GB. The startup download is about 2.56 GB and in-game map resources are about 2.2 GB. We recommend leaving at least 10 GB of free space. 3. Android (Lite): The installer is 533 MB. The startup download is about 906 MB and in-game map resources are about 829 MB.
