Q1: After completing the update, the game lags and my device overheats. How can I make it run smoother?A1:1. Try closing all background processes, restarting the game, or restarting your mobile phone.2. Check whether your device has sufficient battery power and whether low-power mode is turned on. Some devices will experience lag or reduced frame rates when they have low battery power or while they are being charged.3. Check that your signal is strong, or try switching network operators.4. Reduce the graphics quality or frame rate.Q2: How can I tell if an issue is being caused by my phone's performance or network latency?A2:1. During a raid, the current network latency is displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen: ms indicates network latency, and packet loss reflects the network's transmission efficiency. If the two indicators are yellow or red, it means there is some degree of network lag, while green means that the network is OK.2. Some mobile phones allow you to turn on an FPS display at the bottom of Settings – Graphics so you can see the current frame rate. If the display is yellow or red, it means your phone is struggling, while green means that your phone's performance is OK.3. We also recommend that players don't turn their graphics and frame rate settings higher than the recommended values, as this could lead to other performance issues and cause the game to lag.4. The expected network latency is displayed when matchmaking outside of a raid. If you feel that this is too high, you can cancel and try again, or find another map with a lower expected latency. We have employed the latest differential update function. If you install the new version over an older version, the system will automatically detect and download the minimum download size.We're always striving to make the game better, and we've also added the pre-download feature.
