Due to the evolution of Brazilian laws and regulations related to the protection of children and adolescents in the digital environment, which we continuously monitor, we have decided to temporarily suspend raffle services through loot boxes for all players in the Brazil region. This measure accompanies the improvement of functionalities and corresponding service processes and will make it possible to further improve these functionalities. Check out the details below:

2. Scope of application
All players from the Brazil region.
3. Scope of suspension
This suspension covers all items that contain probabilistic elements, such as certain items in the Supplies system, the Store and the Home system. Once the suspension takes effect, players in Brazil will no longer be able to access or use features related to reward boxes, including opening boxes and using corresponding coupons.
4. Additional information
● Until the suspension of reward box services on October 26, 2026, reward box features and coupons will continue to operate normally.
● After suspension on October 26, 2026, related items already obtained will be stored in the account but cannot be used until improvements are completed.
● We recommend that all players check their accumulated resources and plan to use them before suspension, avoiding possible missed opportunities.
