Dear Players,

Recently, we've received reports from players about malicious individuals impersonating Customer Service representatives on social media, in communities, private messages, and other channels to steal personal information and hack accounts.

We'd like to remind everyone that official PUBG MOBILE Customer Service representatives will never ask for your personal or account information outside of the game. Be wary of any individuals claiming to be official staff members who say they can lift account bans, guarantee accounts, provide logins, and more. These are all scams, so please do not fall victim.

We will continue to do our part by strengthening community monitoring and taking action against fraudulent activity. Please do not trust any suspicious websites you come across. If you need to contact Customer Service, you can do so in-game via Settings - Customer Service.

Below are examples of the most common types of scams. Read carefully to learn how to identify them:

1. Individuals asking you to vouch for other players by offering personal information, requesting your account credentials to log in, or asking you to log in to the corresponding account yourself.

2. If you're asked to provide any personal account information, be sure to verify whether the other party is communicating from an official account. For example, the following account impersonates Krafton Customer Support, and isn't official.

- Anyone asking for your password or verification code is a scammer.

- Do not trust any unofficial websites, because they could be phishing scams.
