Q: How do I scan for authorization?
A: Go to Settings > Account > Scan Authorization, then tap "Scan Authorization". Be sure to read the QR Code Authorization Risk Alert.
Q: How do I generate a QR code?
A: The QR code login feature has been moved to the same login column as the other official login methods. Upon opening the latest version of the game, tap More > QR Code to generate a QR code.
Q: How do I manage my authorized accounts?
A: You can manage authorized logins easily and authorize your account on multiple devices. Authorized devices can log in automatically via QR code. If you wish to remove an authorized device, tap Remove.
Q: What restrictions can I place on authorized devices?
A: You can log in using a regular method to set feature restrictions on authorized devices. Enable restrictions for in-game features such as UC, Gifts, Social features, Chat, and more. To do so, go to Lobby > Settings > Account > Scan Authorization on your main device and select "QR Code Login Restrictions".
Q: Why should I use Authorized Login?
A: Authorized Login allows you to safely access your account on non-regular devices. Thus, we highly encourage players to use it.
Q: Why isn't my camera able to scan the QR code?
A: The QR code scanning function requires access to your device's camera. Please go to your device's app settings page and grant PUBG MOBILE camera permissions before trying again.
