Fixed an issue that caused certain wall structures to rotate and shift from their original position after the creation gets published.

1. Fixed an offset aim issue when aiming down sights and firing with the Fantastical Realm - SCAR-L equipped with its exclusive Red Dot Sight.
2. Fixed an issue where text on the 「We Are Champions」 banner could be edited by other players.
