Hey everyone,

Arena Breakout officially launches in the Philippines and Brazil on June 26! The game launches worldwide on July 14. We'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of you who supported us on our journey. Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions. We hope they'll get you ready to jump right in on launch day!

Q1: What time will the servers launch during the June 26 soft launch in Brazil and the Philippines?

A1: We plan to launch the servers on June 26 at 09:00 (UTC+0). This time is only approximate, however.

Q2: Is Soft launch available for both Android and iOS?

A2: Soft launch is only available for Android. Global launch will be available for both Android and iOS on July 14th. Android and iOS accounts are hosted on the same servers and are interoperable, so it's possible to register your account on an Android device during soft launch, and then use the same account to log in on iOS after global launch.

Q3: When is the global launch?

A3: We plan to put the game on the App Store and Google Play on July 14 at 05:00 (UTC+0). The game may be added earlier or later in some regions, however. Once you've downloaded and installed the game, you can create a character and start playing.

Q4: Where can I download the game? How much storage space does my device need?

A4: We'll put the installation package on the App Store and on Google Play. For regions where it is not yet available, please wait for the global launch on July 14, and then head to the Apple Store or Google Play to download it. The size of the various packages is listed below. These are only approximations, so check the actual file size displayed on your device.

Android: Installation package: 1.14 GB. Downloaded on launch: 1.8 GB. Map resources: 515 MB. Recommended storage space: 5 GB.

iOS: Installation package size: 2.6 GB. Estimated map resources: 1.3 GB. Recommended storage space: 5 GB.

Q5: I downloaded the game and received an error message such as "device or CPU is not compatible," "the installation has failed," or "game cannot be installed." What's going on?

A5: Unfortunately, the game is currently not compatible with certain devices. This includes devices running Android 5.1 or below, without OpenGL 3.1 or above, with 2 GB of RAM or less, or running a 32-bit operating system, such as the Redmi Note 4, Samsung Galaxy J7+, and Huawei M3. You can try switching to another device or refer to the official website for a list of recommended devices from https://arenabreakout.com/.

Q6: Can the same account be used on both iOS and Android?

A6: Yes. If you log in with Google, Apple ID, Facebook, or Level Infinite Pass (LI), you can play the same character on different devices. This does not apply to guest accounts. If you're using a guest account, we recommend you bind an LI account once you register.

Q7: What's a Level Infinite Pass (LI)? Why should I bind a Level Infinite Pass?

A7:

1. LI is a new account system that allows gamers from across the world to safely unite their Level Infinite game accounts under one integrated account. We will use it to simplify logging in, to secure your account, and to provide better support.

2. You can bind your current account (such as a Facebook or guest account) to an LI account, then log in with your LI account. You'll also get rewards for binding your LI account!

Q8: I pre-registered for the game on my iOS device, but the game didn't automatically download. I keep tapping download, but nothing is happening. What should I do?

A8: Try restarting your device. You can also try logging out and back in with your Apple ID and then downloading the game manually from the App Store.

Q9: I've been experiencing some stutter and device overheating. How can I improve the game's performance?

A9:

1. Close all processes running in the background and restart your device.

2. Check your battery level and make sure you're not in power saving mode. Game performance can be affected by low battery, which can lead to stuttering and frame rate drops.

3. Check that you have a strong network connection, and try switching network providers if possible.

4. Go to Settings and adjust your graphics quality and frame rate. Turn off anti-aliasing and other hardware-intensive settings.

Q10: What languages will be supported in the official launch version?

A10: The official launch version will support English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian, Turkish, Traditional Chinese, Arabic, Korean, Thai, German, French, and Italian. Go to Settings to change languages.

Q11: What login methods are available in the official launch version?

A11: You can log in with Google, Apple ID, Facebook, or Level Infinite Pass. Note: Email login has been replaced with LI. If your previous email was registered with LI, use your LI password to log in with your email account. If you haven't registered with LI, use the password you chose when you registered with your email.

Q12: When are missions reset?

A12: All mission times should be assumed to be in UTC+0. Missions reset at 05:00 each day. Remember to take note of the time difference between UTC+0 and your time zone.

Q13: When I open the global beta, there's a notice to update the game. When I tap it, I can't get the new installation package. Why?

A13: To save space, we recommend you delete the old global beta version before downloading the official launch version. Also make sure your network is in the same region as the location of the installation package. This is required to get the installation package. For regions where it is not yet available, please wait for the global launch on July 14, and then head to the Apple Store or Google Play to download it. Head to our website at https://arenabreakout.com/ for update info and guides.

Q14: What version of the game will be soft launched in Brazil and the Philippines on June 26? Will paid features be available?

A14: The official launch version will be soft launched in Brazil and the Philippines. Paid features will be available on launch.

Q15: What's the difference between the soft launch and the global launch? When will returner rewards and pre-registration milestone rewards be issued?

A15:

(1) Both the soft launch and global launch versions will have paid features available. Players participating in both launches can play together.

(2) Returning players who participated in the global beta can claim an exclusive title and rewards. The event will start with the global launch on July 14. Here's how to claim your rewards: Go to Events > Returner Rewards. The event will last for two months from the global launch. Make sure you register a character and log in to the game before it ends!

(3) Pre-registration milestone rewards will be sent to you via the in-game mail during the global launch on July 14. Please make sure to register your character within a month of the global launch to avoid missing out on your pre-registration milestone rewards.
