Q1: How long will the server be offline for the update on April 11?
A1: Matchmaking will stop on April 10 at 23:00 (UTC+0), with the server scheduled to be offline on April 11 from 00:00 until 09:00 (UTC+0). Server re-opening may be earlier or later than planned. Check our announcements for details.

Q2: Will I need to change installation packages for this update?
A2: Yes. Please follow the prompts in your existing client or visit your region's App Store to download and install the latest version.

Q3: What rewards will I get for completing the S4 update?
A3: After the New Season Login Gift event starts, complete the update between Apr. 4 – Apr. 18 (UTC+0) and log in to claim 60 coins from the Events page. From Apr. 11 – Apr. 14 (UTC+0), you can claim a Universal Key from the Events page. This key can open any room (except for rooms that require cards).


Q4: Will the iOS and Android servers re-open at the same time?
A4: Yes.


Q5: Why does it say that the installer is not compatible with my device/CPU after downloading?
A5: Some lower-performance models are not compatible with the update. Examples: Android 5.1 and below; OpenGL below 3.1; 2 GB of RAM or less; devices with 32-bit CPUs. The following devices are also not compatible: Redmi Note 4, Samsung Galaxy J7+, and Huawei M3. Q6: After completing the update, the game lags and my device overheats. How can I make it run smoother?
A6:
1. Try closing all background processes, restarting the game, and restarting your mobile phone.
2. Check whether your device has sufficient battery and whether low-power mode is turned on. Some devices can experience lags or reduced frame rates when they have low battery or while being charged.
3. Check that your signal is good, or try switching network operators.
4. Reduce graphics quality or frame rate as appropriate.

Q7: What is the size of the update? How much space do I need on my device?
A7:
1. Android (Standard): The installer is 1.6GB. Players can also choose to download the HD resource pack if they want to or via the Download Center in Settings. The different resource packs are:
Standard Resource Pack (default), 395MB: Smooth graphics quality; less storage space required.
HD Resource Pack, 1.3GB: Higher-resolution graphics; recommended if you have sufficient storage.
In-game map resources are about 1.4GB. We recommend you reserve at least 6GB of memory.

2. iOS: The installer is 3.3GB. The startup download is about 1050MB, and in-game map resources are about 1.5GB. We recommend you reserve at least 6GB of memory.

3. Android (Lite): The installer is 854MB. The startup download is about 640MB, and in-game map resources are about 0.6GB. We recommend you reserve at least 3GB of memory.
