Dear Players,
Arena Breakout is about to take the world by storm! We're inviting you to take part in the latest update during our beta testing. Not only will you experience new content such as female characters, new weapons, and new gameplay before anyone else, but you'll also help prepare Arena Breakout for our official international launch! Below are answers to some commonly asked questions.
Q1: How long will the server be closed for the update?
A1: Matchmaking is scheduled to stop on May 8 at 23:00 (UTC+0), and all data will be deleted and the server updated at midnight (May 9 00:00). The server is expected to reopen on May 9 at 10:00 (UTC+0). Please pay attention to official announcements for the latest shutdown and reopening times.
Q2: Will my data be deleted for this update?
A2: Yes. All of your game data will be lost during this update due to file deletion and server shutdown. When the new version arrives on May 9, you'll need to create a new character.
Q3: Will the iOS test continue to be available? Can iOS and Android players play together?
A3: Due to limited availability, we will only invite a small number of players to join the iOS test. iOS and Android players will be able to add each other as friends, form teams, and matchmake together. Characters on the same account (excluding Google and guest accounts) will be shared across the Android and iOS versions.
Q4: Do I need to change the installation package for this update? Where can I download it?
A4: Yes, a new client version will be released once the update is completed, and the old version will not be compatible. You can download the latest version via Google Play in any test region, or via the official website. If the version download is not shown on Google Play, please confirm whether your network provider is in a test region. You can also try the Lite version, found on Google Play or our official website (https://arenabreakout.com/).
Q5: Which test regions and languages will be included in the new May 5 version?
A5:
1. As well as Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, The United Kingdom, The United States, Brazil, Indonesia, and Japan, two new regions will be included: Thailand and Türkiye. Players should download the latest version via Google Play in any of the above regions, or via the official website.
2. As well as English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian, and Turkish, four new languages will be added: Traditional Chinese, Arabic, Korean, and Thai.
Q6: Who are Returners? What rewards can they get in the new May 9 update?
A6:
Returner Rewards
If you registered a character in the Closed Beta Test (Feb. 17 – May 8), then you count as a Returner.
1. Within the first week of the new version being released (May 9 – May 15), make sure you create your character using the same account you used during the beta test (guest accounts are not supported; only accounts using Facebook, Google, Apple ID, or email). The amount of XP you accumulated during the beta test will be automatically awarded to your new character. We have also prepared the following rewards for Returners:
a) Storage Value Rebate: You will receive a Koen rebate based on your highest storage value on any single day during the beta. If your highest storage value on a single day was...
Less than or equal to 200K, you will receive 50,000 Koen.
Greater than 200K and less than or equal to 500K, you will receive 100,000 Koen.
Greater than 500K and less than or equal to 1M, you will receive 200,000 Koen.

Greater than 4M, you will receive 800,000 Koen.
b) Returner Level Rewards:
The following rewards will be issued based on your character's level during the beta. If your character was...
Lv. 9 or below, you will receive 50,000 Koen.
Lv. 10–19, you will receive 100,000 Koen.
Lv. 20–24, you will receive a random Class IV Full Bundle.
Lv. 25–29, you will receive an M4A1 Full Bundle.
Lv. 30, you will receive a random Class V Full Bundle.
The above rewards are only valid if you created a character using the same account you used for the beta within the first week (May 9 – May 15) of the new version's release (guest accounts are not supported, only accounts using Facebook, Google, Apple ID, or email). Rewards will be sent via in-game mail within 24 hours of character registration.
2. During weeks 2–3 of the new version (May 16 – May 29), Returners will receive 50,000 Koen and a random Class IV Full Bundle.
3. During week 4 of the new version (May 30 – Jun. 5), Returners will receive 200,000 Koen and a random Class IV Full Bundle.
Rewards for weeks 2–4 of the new version will be issued at 05:00 (UTC+0) daily. Please be patient, as there may be delays in receiving your rewards due to player traffic. If you register your account after the day's rewards have been issued, please claim your reward via mail the following day.
Q7: What rewards are available for completing the update?
A7: During the latest test, log in to the game for the specified number of days to claim Case Trial Cards, Elite Membership Trial Cards, Battle Pass Activation Passes, and other rewards.
Q8: What is Level Infinite Pass? What does a Level Infinite Pass do once it's linked to my account?
A8:
(1) The Level Infinite Pass is a new account system that will allow global gamers to unify their Level Infinite games' accounts under one integrated account safely. Through it, we will simplify players' login experience, establish account safety, and provide better user support.
(2) In the beta version that precedes the global launch, we will activate the email linking function. Players can link their current account (e.g. Facebook or guest account) to a Level Infinite Pass email. They can then use this Level Infinite Pass email to log in to the game directly. Players who complete email linking will receive exclusive rewards.
Q9: What size is this update, and how much storage space do I need for the game on my device?
A9:
Arena Breakout HD installation package: 1.14GB; Downloaded on launch: 1.8GB; Map resources: 515MB; Reserve: 5GB+
Lite installation package: 875MB; Downloaded on launch: 367MB; Map resources: 314MB; Reserve: 3GB+
iOS installation package: Size: 2.6GB; Estimated map resources: 1.3GB; Recommended reserve: 5GB+
Q10: Why do I get an error message after downloading the game that my device or CPU is not compatible, or that installation has failed?
A10: Unfortunately, at this point the game is not compatible with certain models (for example, models running on Android 5.1 and below, models not running OpenGL 3.1 or above, models with 2GB of RAM or less, or models on 32-bit systems, etc.). You can try switching to another device or download the Lite version of the game from https://arenabreakout.com/. Refer to the official game website for a list of supported and recommended phone models.
Q11: I've been experiencing problems like app stutter and device overheating since the update. How can I improve game performance on my device?
A11:
(1) Close all processes running in the background and restart the game or your device.
(2) Check your device's battery level and make sure that it is not in Power Saving mode, which can throttle game performance.
(3) Check that you have a strong network signal and try switching network operators if possible.
(4) Reduce the graphics quality or frame rate as appropriate.
See you in the Dark Zone,
The Arena Breakout Team
