Q1: How long will the server be closed for the update on Mar. 9?
A1: Matchmaking is scheduled to stop on Mar. 8 at 23:00 (UTC+0), and the game will be shut down for updates on Mar. 9 at 00:00 (UTC+0). The server is expected to reopen at 17:00 (UTC+0).Please pay attention to official announcements for the exact reopening time.
Q2: Will there be an iOS test this time?
A2: Yes, we will invite some players to the iOS test. For specific times, watch for follow-up announcements on the official website.
Q3: How are the iOS and Android tests related? Can players play together?
A3: Yes. iOS and Android players should be able to add each other as friends, form teams, and matchmake together. Characters on the same account (excluding guest accounts) will be shared across the Android and iOS versions.
Q4: Do I need to change installation packages for this update?
A4: Yes, a new client version will be released once the update is completed, and the old version will not be compatible. You will need to update in order to play the game. Players can upgrade directly from the old version. A new iOS test will also be added this time. Players invited to the iOS test will be sent a code. They will then need to download TestFlight from the App Store to redeem and install the required version.
Q5: What rewards are available for completing the update?
A5: Log in between Mar. 9 13:00 and Mar. 17 05:00 (UTC+0) to claim the FAL Supply Pack from Events. Claim the expert-modified M4A1 with consecutive logins.
Q6: Which test regions and languages will be included in this update?
A6: Brazil, Indonesia, and Japan will be added to the test regions, and we'll continue to support Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In addition to English and Spanish, five new languages have been added with this update: Portuguese, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian, and Turkish.
